Mr. Slocum served on the Environmental Program Subcommit

tee for this conference, and has served

in this same capacity for SPE International HSE conferences in Calgary (2004), Kuala Lumpur

(2002), and Stvanger (2000). He has been an active member of SPE for over 10 years, and has

presented papers at a number of

SPE conferences.
